TOKYO -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock not to let differences get in the way of constructive ties, as her two-day trip to Beijing highlighted rifts over European tariffs and the war in Ukraine along with Germany's own uncertain political path.
