NEW DELHI/HO CHI MINH CITY -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Minh Chinh held wide-ranging talks on Thursday that focused on enhancing cooperation in defense and security, trade and business and other matters.
