BANGKOK -- A grouping of India, Thailand, Myanmar and four other Bay of Bengal nations on Thursday inked a maritime transport cooperation agreement that would boost regional connectivity and trade, even as U.S. President Donald Trump announced sweeping new reciprocal tariffs.
