NEW YORK/TOKYO -- U.S. President Joe Biden and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida agreed to establish an economic "two-plus-two" framework to deepen cooperation on supply chains and tech development along with discussing in detail the allies' response to China in their first full-fledged summit Friday.
