WASHINGTON -- Northeast Asia is at risk of having five nuclear powers -- by adding South Korea and Japan to Russia, China and North Korea -- while Pyongyang is far less likely to give up its nuclear program than during U.S. President Donald Trump's first term, Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan told the Hudson Institute here on Friday.
