WASHINGTON -- Despite a presidency that was often consumed by Afghanistan, Ukraine and Gaza, U.S. President Joe Biden will circle back to his initial focus on the Indo-Pacific by inviting the leaders of the Quad to his personal home in Wilmington, Delaware this weekend.
