JAKARTA/TOKYO -- East Timor's Prime Minister Taur Matan Ruak met his Indonesian counterpart President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo in Bogor, on the outskirts of Jakarta, on Monday and agreed to expand economic cooperation on two border islands.
