TOKYO -- Japan and South Korea will allow their citizens to obtain working holiday visas twice, ending the current one-time limit, Nikkei has learned. The neighbors aim to encourage more young people to learn each other's language and culture, and to promote exchanges and closer economic ties between the two countries.
