TOKYO -- Former Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso will visit Taiwan for three days from Monday to deliver a speech on diplomacy and security at the invitation of Taipei. Negotiations are also underway to arrange a meeting between him and Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen.
