TOKYO -- Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi and President Donald Trump at their first summit vowed to deepen economic and security cooperation, while touting a "new golden age" for the Japan-U.S. alliance, as the Japanese leader promised a greater contribution from Tokyo to international security.
