JOHANNESBURG -- Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said she did not have a chance to speak with Chinese Premier Li Qiang during the Group of 20 summit that ended here Sunday, as Tokyo seeks ways to defuse the standoff with Beijing over her recent remarks on Taiwan.
