TOKYO -- Japan has decided not to send senior officials to the Beijing Olympics in February, Chief Cabinet Secretary Hirokazu Matsuno said at a news conference on Friday, a move that will align it with a U.S. diplomatic boycott over China's alleged human rights abuses.
