KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Monday he had written to Donald Trump proposing a meeting between the U.S. President and Southeast Asian leaders in a bid to alleviate the fallout from Washington's sweeping new tariffs.
