NEW DELHI -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping agreed to increase communication between their militaries and continue meetings intended to defuse border tensions and build smooth relations between the Asian powers, in a two-day informal summit that ended Saturday.
