SEOUL -- North Korea held mass celebrations Friday in the capital Pyongyang to celebrate the "completion" of its nuclear missile capacity, following the successful test launch of its new intercontinental ballistic missile, the Hwasong-15, the official Rodong Sinmun newspaper said Saturday.
