ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan's government is facing public pressure after revealing its plan to recommend U.S. President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. The government says the move is for his role in reducing tensions with India, but critics point to Trump's recent strikes on Iran as disqualifying.
