Paraguay 'committed' to keeping Taiwan ties, foreign minister says

TOKYO -- Paraguay has no intention of following countries in Latin America and elsewhere that have cut ties with Taiwan in favor of China, Foreign Minister Ruben Ramirez Lezcano told Nikkei Asia on Monday.
