Seoul and Washington working to repair ties frayed by arrests of more than 300 workers

SEOUL -- South Korea's foreign minister said on Friday that his country will make every effort to resolve the matter of visas for South Korean workers visiting the U.S. before the implementation of its pledged $350 billion of stateside investment.
