Taiwan's Lai wraps up Pacific tour as region eyes China's next move

TAINAN, Taiwan -- Taiwan President Lai Ching-te on Friday was concluding the first overseas trip of his term, which took him to the three Pacific island states that still recognize Taipei and raised concerns that China could retaliate with another round of war games.
