VEAL VENG, Cambodia -- For cassava trader Pem Suom, a 100-kilometer move within Cambodia from Oddar Meanchey province to Pursat in August was not to access better quality land or more farmers, but because of the threat of conflict facing her old home on the border with Thailand.
