ABOARD THE HMS PRINCE OF WALES -- U.K. Secretary of State for Defence John Healey had a clear and upbeat message for the some 400 people gathered in HMS Prince of Wales' cavernous hanger-turned-conference room, as the aircraft carrier was docked in a Tokyo port on Friday: "Our two nations are now in a golden age of defense cooperation."
