SHANGHAI/HONG KONG -- Chinese citizens and analysts in the country on Tuesday said the absence of strong anti-China rhetoric and policies from Donald Trump on Day 1 of his presidency could signal warmer bilateral ties, although some experts cautioned that much remains to be determined.
