NEW DELHI -- U.S. Vice President JD Vance is set to hold key talks with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a four-day visit to the South Asian nation beginning on Monday, with the two leaders expected to discuss pressing issues such as Washington's sweeping "reciprocal" trade tariffs and mounting geopolitical tensions in the region and beyond.
