TOKYO -- Japan's cabinet on Friday approved a draft supplementary budget of 18.3 trillion yen ($117 billion) -- the largest since the COVID-19 pandemic -- to fund stimulus and inflation measures that will require more government borrowing as a fiscal health checkpoint approaches.
