TOKYO -- Veteran lawmaker Sanae Takaichi garnered 34% support as the best suited to become the ruling Liberal Democratic Party's next president in the latest Nikkei/TV Tokyo opinion poll, followed by Agriculture Minister Shinjiro Koizumi at 25%.
