TOKYO -- Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is expected to replace Defense Minister Nobuo Kishi while retaining ruling Liberal Democratic Party Secretary-General Toshimitsu Motegi in a cabinet and party leadership reshuffle slated for Wednesday, Nikkei has learned.
