JAKARTA/MANILA/DUBAI -- ASEAN and the six Gulf Cooperation Council countries urged a swift resolution to the Israel-Hamas war, as well as stronger ties between Southeast Asia and the Middle East, at the two bodies' inaugural leaders summit Friday.
