SEOUL -- Suspended South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol did not participate in scheduled questioning by anti-corruption investigators on Thursday following his arrest the previous day, the investigators said, presenting another delay in the process of probing Yoon on charges related to his attempt to impose martial law last month.
