BANGKOK -- Thai lawmakers elected former Deputy Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul as the nation's prime minister on Friday, marking a change in government after two years of rule by a Pheu Thai Party-led coalition. But the new leader faces multiple constraints, including the promised dissolution of parliament within four months.
