WASHINGTON -- U.S. Republican vice presidential candidate JD Vance on Tuesday criticized the Democratic Party and incumbent Vice President Kamala Harris for giving Chinese battery maker Gotion access to clean-energy subsidies, during a campaign rally in Big Rapids, Michigan.
