ISTANBUL -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan repeated his offer to Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin by phone Friday that Turkey is ready to host a summit between Russia and Ukraine for debate on difficult issues such as Crimea and the Donbas region of Ukraine.
