KYIV -- As exchanges of fire between Ukrainian forces and pro-Moscow separatists renew fears of a Russian invasion, U.S. President Joe Biden is ringing alarm bells about an imminent attack. But in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, people are calm, going about their daily lives as normal.
