TAIPEI -- "Our country & people #StandWithUkraine against Russian aggression," Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen wrote on Saturday as she tweeted images of the iconic Taipei 101 skyscraper and cities across the island illuminated in the blue and yellow of the Ukrainian flag.
