WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump said he had "a lengthy and highly productive phone call" with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday, in which he said the two leaders agreed on the need to stop the deaths in the war in Ukraine and to visit each other's nations.
