Vietnamese legislators voted overwhelmingly in favor of a controversial new cybersecurity law on Tuesday, sparking an outcry from human rights organizations and business lobbies. 

HO CHI MINH CITY -- The National Assembly of Vietnam, the country's legislative body, approved a controversial cybersecurity law on Tuesday, sparking concerns about free speech from domestic as well as foreign business communities.
