SINGAPORE -- As hundreds gathered at Changi Airport on May 14 for the groundbreaking of the new Terminal 5, Hirotsugu Yamaguchi spotted many familiar faces. Engineers, architects and project managers from around the world had returned, including those he worked with on earlier terminals.
