China, EU, U.S. could cooperate to combat climate issues, says envoy

China, the U.S. and Europe complement each other in a lot of ways in terms of green technology and markets, so they have broad prospects for cooperation, Xie Zhenhua, China's special envoy on climate change, said ahead of the U.N. climate summit later this year.
