SHANGHAI -- The lockdown of China's commercial capital showed little sign of easing as it entered its fourth week on Monday, with Shanghai residents continuing to struggle to secure supplies while their countrymen in Beijing rushed to stock up amid signs they too could be restricted to their homes.
