Hong Kong bans transit flights from 150 nations after COVID outbreak

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong's international airport said Friday it was temporarily banning transit flights from about 150 countries deemed to be high coronavirus risks as the city battles to contain an outbreak of the highly contagious omicron variant.
