Hong Kong to enforce citywide COVID testing without lockdown

All 7.4m residents will be required to take three tests over three weeks in March

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong will enforce citywide coronavirus testing without resorting to a lockdown, Chief Executive Carrie Lam said Tuesday after Beijing ordered city officials to contain the latest outbreak.
