India to reopen for tourists Monday as it eases COVID restrictions

Good news for the hospitality sector comes as infections fall, vaccination picks up

NEW DELHI -- India is reopening to foreign tourists starting Nov. 15, more than one and a half years after it suspended issuance of visas due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
