HONG KONG/SHANGHAI -- Macao has locked down its landmark Grand Lisboa hotel as the world's biggest gaming hub battles a COVID-19 outbreak, while Chinese authorities ordered 13 million residents of historic Xi'an to their homes and launched mass testing in Shanghai.
