HONG KONG -- A Hong Kong company that offers insurance for the cryptocurrency industry has set its sights on Japan, just as Asian tech entrepreneurs hope for a global boom fueled by the expected Bitcoin-friendly policies of incoming U.S. President Donald Trump.
