TOKYO -- Kimi Onoda, Japan's minister in charge of issues related to foreign nationals, said in a recent group interview with reporters that she aims to "ensure that foreigners engaged in wrongdoing do not remain in Japan" to dispel local residents' feelings of mistrust toward foreigners in general.
