KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysia and the Philippines on Wednesday discussed giving more flexibility to their neighbors' approach to the Myanmar crisis, Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said as the lingering crisis becomes a critical issue for ASEAN.
