KUALA LUMPUR/YANGON -- Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan stressed to Myanmar's military regime during a one-day visit to the civil-war ravaged country on Thursday that its planned December general election should be held nationwide with the participation of "all political parties and stakeholders."
