TAINAN, Taiwan -- In a field on the outskirts of balmy Tainan in southern Taiwan, drones made by Hsuan Yuan Technology buzzed overhead. The unmanned aerial vehicles included a quadcopter small enough to be held with one hand and a white miniature plane that gleamed in the sunshine.
