BANGKOK -- China inched closer to nabbing She Zhijiang, the alleged head of a transnational crime syndicate in Southeast Asia, after Thailand's Constitutional Court ruled Wednesday that the nation's law does not stand in the way of the Chinese-born man being extradited to Beijing.
