MANILA -- When one of the almost 400 million OnlyFans subscribers logs on to chat with their favorite content creators, they're more likely to engage with a single parent in Metro Manila, a working student in the Visayas region, or one of the other "chatters" working across the Philippines rather than the pinups of their imaginations.
