TOKYO -- The Tokyo District Court on Wednesday ordered former executives of Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings to pay the company 13 trillion yen ($95 billion) in a shareholder suit over the accident at the utility's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant.
